Italian champions Napoli have put Tolu Arokodare on their short list of strikers to replace Romelu Lukaku, who is set to be sidelined by injury for several months.
Genk striker Arokodare was top scorer in the Belgian league last season.
He is a big and powerful centre-forward, a similar profile to that of Lukaku.
Transfer Expert Alfredo Pedulla has reported that Arokodare is now one of the strikers under consideration by Napoli.
“Conte (Napoli coach) needs a centre-forward after Lukaku’s injury,” he said.
“Many names are circulating…Genk’s Arokodare, who closely resembles Lukaku in terms of physical build..”
