Former Flying Eagles striker Jerome Akor has promised to take his chance with the Super Eagles when it comes.
The Montpellier striker has been on the Super Eagles radar after his recent goals in the French Ligue 1, but was again overlooked for the upcoming 2025 AFCON double-header against Libya.
The big centre-forward said he is confident he will make the most of his chance with the national team.
“When the chance comes, hopefully I will be ready take it,” the 24-year-old Akor stated.
“But for now I wish to focus on playing for my club and doing well.”
