Nigerian adult film actress Mareme Edet has opened up about her past, spiritual struggles, and unconventional outlook on love.
She spoke during an interview on the Clarity Zone Podcast.
Edet revealed that her journey into adult movies was not random but a response to a personal reflection.

She disclosed:
“As at 2013, 2014, I have slept with 100 men. Because I had to write a list for Daniel Akpata. He said I should write a list. That’s why I decided to do adult movie because I can shoot with an actor a couple of times, and when he irritates me or his spirit doesn’t flow with mine, I pick someone else.”
Edet claimed her career never brought her the wealth she expected because of spiritual opposition from her family.
She alleged:
“No money yet, they have been stealing my money. My family steals my money. They are strong and spiritual people and have a punishment for me doing what I do. They will just make me do it and be happy, but I will not see the fruit of the labour until they forgive me.”
She added that her presence on the podcast was proof that some forgiveness had finally come.
Edet revealed she has never been in a romantic relationship despite years in the adult industry.
She shared:
“I need someone that can have satisfy me in the bedroom for the rest of my life, anytime I want it, whenever I want it, and then I may think about stopping adult film. I have never been in any relationship, but I have people I love to have sleep with.”

Mareme Edet speaks about her ordeal with Don Jazzy
TheTalk.NG, earlier, reported that Mareme Edet opened up about her ordeal with Nigerian music producer Don Jazzy.
She recounted how they planned a project together, but after their discussions, he allegedly left her messages unanswered for three months.
She averred that while Don Jazzy delayed her, she met another person who willingly and swiftly executed the project. When the music mogul heard about it, he came back, accusing her of not giving him time to process the deal.
