Manchester United have confirmed that teenaged scoring sensation Chido Obi-Martin cannot feature in the UEFA Europa League.
The Premier League club said this is so because the 17-year-old striker only joined their academy last year.
The exciting striker, who is still eligible to play for Nigeria, has already made three appearances for the senior team including a cameo role in the FA Cup fifth round against Fulham, where he dueled with Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey.
He has been breaking goals’ record with the United age-grade teams, just as he did with Arsenal.
