Cup hero Awoniyi suffers broken nose

Taiwo Awoniyi suffered a broken nose when he collided with the Exeter goalkeeper after he scored for Nottingham Forest to advance to the fifth round of the FA Cup in England.

Forest edged past 10-man Exeter 4-2 on penalties after Awoniyi scored a super goal in normal time.

However, the Super Eagles striker had to be stretchered off after a clash of heads with the Exter goalkeeper in stoppage time.

Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo will later announce that Awoniyi broke his nose in the accident.
