SCORENigeria can report that contrary to some stories that striker Jerome Akor will be sidelined by injury for several months, the new Sevilla recruit could be back in action in seven weeks.
Akor, 25, suffered a thigh tendon injury in training with his La Liga club this past week.
“Akor will only be out for about seven weeks, he could even return earlier than this,” a close family source told SCORENigeria
“Scans have been done and he has even began his rehabilitation.
“This is his second muscle injury this season as he also down with the same complaint at Montpellier.”
