Team officials have told SCORENigeria that the heavy taping around the right thigh of striker Victor Osimhen is not a cause for concern.
Osimhen trained fully Thursday night with a heavy taping.
“It’s not a serious thing,” one of the officials assured.
The Galatasaray coach had mentioned after the home win over Samsunspor at the weekend that Osimhen has not trained regularly while suggesting he has been managing some issues.
Injury ruled out the Napoli loanee from last month’s 2025 AFCON double-header against Libya.
