The Super Eagles training camp in Uyo is bubbling after 14 players reported ahead of Saturday’s 2025 AFCON qualifier against Benin.
England-based stars Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey as well as Frank Onyeka, who recently moved to Germany, are the latest players to hit camp.
Nine other players including newly-signed Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen are still being awaited.
Caretaker coach Augustine Eguavoen addressed the players Monday night.
Officials said the team’s first training will be by 4.30 pm.
Kick-off time Saturday at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo is 5pm.
