Dribbling Machine Ejuke delivers bright La Liga debut

Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke was exciting and lively on his La Liga debut with Sevilla Friday night.

Both fans and commentators spoke glowingly about the new Sevilla signing as he committed the Villarreal defence again and again.

The former CSKA Moscow star, who was an unused sub in the opening game of the new season at Las Palmas, was a 71st sub for the home team, who did not deserve to lose 2-1 to Villarreal.

Kelechi Iheanacho was also brought on late on as Sevilla went for broke.

He was denied at close range by the Villarreal goalkeeper, who was named Man of the Match.

Commentators have predicted that Sevilla, who finished a disappointing 14th last season, will struggle again this season as they have undertaken a massive re-organisation following the departure of several top stars.
