PSG back for Osimhen ‘forcefully’ after injury to top striker

PSG have returned for Victor Osimhen “forcefully” after their top striker suffered a serious injury in an opening Ligue 1 game, according to Sportmediaset

The French Ligue 1 champions seemed to have cooled their interest in Osimhen after Napoli failed to make a significant discount on the striker’s 130 Million Euros release clause.

Otherwise, they had already agreed personal terms with the player – a salary of 14 Million Euros a year and a five-year contract – after he gave them the green light.

The latest report said the serious injury suffered by Goncalo Ramos during Friday’s Ligue 1 clash against Le Havre has rekindled the PSG chase for Osimhen.

Ramos fractured his left ankle and could now be out for at least three months.

The interest of the player is crucial in this transaction and he has already made it very clear he only wishes to move to PSG.

What now needs to get a transfer to PSG for Osimhen over the line is how much the French champions will be willing to pay as transfer fee.
