Atalanta coach blasts Ademola Lookman agents for bad advice

Atalanta coach Ivan Juric has said Ademola Lookman was badly advised by his agents when he tried to force a transfer to Inter Milan.

Ademola Lookman played his first game for Atalanta this season when he was introduced with three minutes left on the clock as his team won 3-0 at Torino Sunday.

He was the subject of a transfer saga that saw him turn in a transfer request, put out the row with Atalanta on social media and then go AWOL.

Juric was again most critical of the situation, saying that the player did not get the right advice.

“He spoke to me and the team on Monday, he was surrounded by people who had given him some bad advice,” the Atalanta coach said after the win over Torino.

“He has a great winning mentality and now we need to get him back in shape physically.”
