TheTalk.NG also reported that Otedola also opened up on how the wedding was almost cancelled.

In the video, he openly praised the couple’s love and entrepreneurial spirit, but also laid down rules that left many talking.

Otedola reminded Temi that while she would always be his daughter, her husband now comes first.

“You found a great guy, very great guy, blessed guy. He’s come from a very decent family. One thing I’ll advise you… you have to succumb to the whims and caprices of your husband. Okay? He’s your husband, he’s your boss. There’s no more dad, don’t call me up,” Otedola said with a smile that carried both seriousness and love.”

The billionaire businessman also described the couple as perfectly matched. He highlighted their entrepreneurial drive and how their ambitions complement each other.

He said:

“One thing I like about both of you and I’ve observed is, you’re truly in love with each other. Temi is an entrepreneur. Tosin is an entrepreneur. So you match each other. This is made in heaven.”

Recalling how his generation hustled differently, Otedola praised Mr Eazi’s determination and work ethic.

Otedola also offered one golden rule for sustaining a lasting marriage—privacy. He encouraged the couple to keep conflicts within their home and avoid involving outsiders.

He noted:

“You are hustlers, real hustlers. And it’s always paid off. When you have issues, problems, just keep it within yourself. Never call any friend that have this problem. Just keep it within your walls. And God will bless you and bless your marriage.”
