At least two players from the CHAN Eagles will be listed by coach Eric Chelle for the Super Eagles crucial 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and South Africa, SCORENigeria has specially learnt.
The CHAN Eagles stars are goalkeeper Lawal Mustapha from Shooting Stars and Remo Stars midfielder Olamilekan Adedayo.
Top sources informed SCORENigeria that both players will be on standby for the World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda (September 6) and South Africa (September 9).
The CHAN Eagles failed to go past the group stage of the 2024 CHAN after they lost their first two games to Senegal and Sudan.
They finished third in Group D with three points from as many matches.
