Controversial comedian and former Big Brother Naija housemate Deeone has stirred reactions with his blunt comments in a recent interview.
First, he described his participation in the BBNaija reality show as a mistake that did little to advance his career.

According to him, contrary to popular belief, appearing on Big Brother does not guarantee long-term success, as many ex-housemates now face financial struggles, with some even battling to afford basic needs.
Deeone argued that the platform’s hype often fades quickly, leaving many to confront the harsh realities of life after the show.
Deeone attacks notable celebrities
Bashing Davido, he noted that the singer is merely a content creator and can’t be compared to Wizkid. He averred that the internet is a leveller, and this is why Davido (being a content creator) and Peller once collaborated.
He added that Wizkid is Davido’s boss and mentor.
Firing shots at Whitemoney, he avowed that he was the one who encouraged him to become more vocal online. However, he stated that Whitemoney is only good at cooking jollof rice and poor at music-making.
Tilting towards Kiddwaya, he affirmed that he is not as wealthy as he portrays, accusing him of living a fake life.
Concerning Phyna, Deeone asserted that the only deal that can occur between them is an amorous one, where he would simply ask for her rate in exchange for coitus.
Deeone further asserted that he enjoys wide recognition among Nigerian youths. According to him, a large number of Nigerian youths appreciate his work.

Deeone insists VDM received financial help from Davido
Meanwhile, TheTalk.NG reported that Deeone resurfaced an old video of activist Verydarkman admitting that Davido booked him a hotel room and sponsored his trip to Lagos.
This contradicted VDM’s earlier claim of never receiving anything from the musician.
Deeone used the clip to question VDM’s credibility and integrity.
