According to Italian media reports, Fenerbahçe have joined local rivals Besiktas in the race to sign Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan.
The Fenerbache football director, Devin Özek, has reportedly requested a meeting with the Nigerian star’s agent, who is reportedly in Turkey for talks with Besiktas on the same player.
Beşiktaş are the other top Turkish club interested in the player.
Chukwueze, who can play on both wings, was acquired by Milan in the summer of 2023 for about 21 million euros from Spanish club Villareal and is under contract until 2028.
